Lalla Takerkoust dam, Asni valley, guided hike in Imlil at the foot of Toubkal and lunch with a local family.

At the foot of North Africa’s highest peak
A mountain village at the foot of Toubkal (4,167 m), Imlil is a hiker’s paradise: terraced valleys, Berber villages and grand panoramas.
About Imlil & Toubkal
The road to Imlil crosses the Asni valley and the Kik plateau, with spectacular views of the High Atlas peaks. The village is the base camp for climbing Toubkal, but also the starting point of hikes accessible to everyone.
With a local mountain guide, you walk between walnut trees and terraced fields to the villages of Aremd or Tamatert, then share a Berber lunch with a local family.
An authentic day in the heart of the mountains, 1h30 from Marrakech.
