What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time using the flight number provided when booking. Your driver adjusts their arrival time and waits for you at no extra cost.
How will I find my driver at the airport?
Your driver waits for you in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name. You also receive their WhatsApp number before you arrive.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, baby seats and boosters are available free of charge on request. Simply mention the children’s ages when booking.
