We confirm the price and vehicle in writing, usually within minutes. Before you travel you receive your driver’s WhatsApp number.

Your driver picks you up at the agreed place and time. You pay at the end of the ride.

Private taxi or street taxi?
For a short ride inside Marrakech with a backpack, a petit taxi is cheap and perfectly fine: ask for the meter and carry small change. A private taxi makes more sense at the airport, at night, with children, for more than three people or as soon as you leave the city.
A petit taxi takes three passengers at most, rarely has child seats and the fare is often negotiated. With a private taxi, the vehicle is booked for you, the price is fixed in advance and the driver takes you to the door of your hotel, or as close as possible to your riad in the medina, with a porter for your bags.
Where we drive
From Marrakech we drive to Essaouira (about 2h45), Agadir and Taghazout (3 hours), the Ourika Valley and Imlil (1 to 1.5 hours), the Agafay desert (45 minutes) and Merzouga in the Sahara (9 to 10 hours with stops). We also meet travellers at Casablanca, Agadir and Essaouira airports.

How much is a private taxi from Marrakech airport to the medina?
From €20 per vehicle for 1 to 3 passengers (€25 in a Mercedes Vito for up to 7), whatever time your flight lands.
How long does it take from the airport to the city centre?
15 to 30 minutes depending on traffic and where you are staying. Medina riads are reached on foot for the last few metres: a porter carries your bags.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight with the number you give when booking. The driver adjusts to the actual landing time and waits at no extra cost.
How do I pay?
On the day, in cash in euros or Moroccan dirhams, or by card depending on the service. No online payment is needed to book.
Can you drive us from Marrakech to Essaouira or Agadir?
Yes: Marrakech to Essaouira takes about 2h45 (from €90 per vehicle) and Marrakech to Agadir or Taghazout about 3 hours (from €120). You can stop on the way for photos or lunch.
Can I book a private taxi for a late-night arrival?
Yes, we drive 24/7. For a late arrival, a pre-booked taxi is the simplest option: someone is waiting for you and nothing needs negotiating at midnight.
